Three accessible paths

Expressive Arts Workshops

Monthly tactile creative sessions working with local botanical watercolors, clay, and collage materials. Designed for gentle release without artistic expectations or critique.

Gentle Mindful Movement

Bi-weekly floor and chair-based movement focused on nervous system settling. No athletic attire or prior mobility experience needed; everything is self-paced.

Weekly Peer Care Circles

Our foundational circle brings neighbors together for ninety unhurried minutes of shared reflection, listening, and quiet grounding. Hot herbal tea, cushions, and writing notebooks are always waiting on your chair.

Leave whenever needed

Doors open twenty minutes early. Step into the hall, shed your coat, and settle without check-in interrogations.

Visit our tea and water table. Grab a seat on a padded chair, meditation cushion, or low bench.

Speak when moved or simply sit in companionable presence. Passing your turn is always respected without question.

No locked doors or rigid protocols. If you need fresh air, stepping out or leaving early is completely welcome.

Need childcare or translation?

All sessions offer free language interpretation and on-site companion childcare upon advance request.
